Sisters in Sync was created as a response to the growing need for spaces where Black girls and women from all walks of life can exist and share experiences.

We help Black girls and women to increase their self-esteem and self-efficacy through a range of programs and services that focus on self-discovery and advocacy.
Our motto is ‘we got you, sis.’ We create spaces that foster belonging and encourage the development of new and healthy relationships.
We strive to educate our community and build bridges to promote positive changes in attitudes and behaviours that create a more understanding, inclusive, and safe society.
We are committed to being open and honest about our plans, actions, and principles. We work to maintain the respect and support of our partners and the communities we serve.

There is so much power in Black women. I believe that tapping into our higher self starts with seeking help. We all carry generations of trauma, and it is very important to find healthy and productive ways to unpack and deal with it.
