Sisters in Sync have teamed up with local photographers and makeup artists to provide one lucky graduating Black girl with a glamorous prom experience that allows her to attend their graduation ceremony with pride and in style!
For many, prom and graduation can be a very stressful and expensive season. The Prom Experience Giveaway allows us to support one high school graduate by providing them with the ultimate support – free dress, makeup, hairstyling, and photoshoot to achieve their dream prom look while treating them to a day of pampering like a queen should be. So, no need to worry, because “We got you, sis!”

As one of our staple initiatives, our Prom Experience has sent young girls to prom with a brand new dress, makeover and a professional prom photoshoot! In addition, over 70 girls have benefited from our Pop-up shop, which offers an array of new and lightly used prom dresses and accessories to make their prom a memorable and exciting experience.

My prom experience with Sisters in Sync was amazing. This was really important to me because it meant I was getting support to buy a dress and get my hair and makeup done by two very talented people. I come from a home with a single mother so this took some stress away from her. Everything was done so beautifully and exceeded my expectations!
