Resilient Women Reset & Check-in

Want to shift from hustle culture to a leisurely state of mind?

Time to slow down and live better

From Our Lived Experience

Most Black women we have encountered have multiple jobs and responsibilities and seldom engage in productivity that prioritizes mental and physical reset.

“Girlboss” and hustle culture have made it such that Black women neglect the concept of recreation and work-life balance and instead work themselves to exhaustion or burnout.

Our Solution

A Balanced Babe

Step One

Encourage a shift in one’s mentality from survival and busyness to a leisurely state of mind.

Feature

Aliquet adipiscing vivamus ultrices ipsum, commodo vitae, elit nec ipsam luctus.

Step Three

Encourage women to develop identities and interests outside of their jobs.

Step One

Encourage a shift in one’s mentality from survival and busyness to a leisurely state of mind.

Step Two

Ensure that our sisters have safeguards in place for occasions when they are feeling overworked and under-stimulated in other areas.

Step Three

Encourage women to develop identities and interests outside of their jobs.
